They seem to be still playing games. Take out another succession of leadership until they get the point, or until the Muslim regime there is gone.
The IRG, or Islamic Republican Guard are the ones with the guns. They can still control the country until they are ousted. This is where it gets complex.
They are radical extremists who have controlled through torture and murder. They cannot be changed or absorbed into society. Europeans who were kind of Soviets and kind of not during the fall of the East Bloc countries. Europeans were not fanatical. They seemed to go with the flow. Members of the IRG are.
The members of the IRG know they will be held accountable for their evilness. Letting them survive longer will lead to long civil wars. Taking them out now will help the Persian People move on and rebuild. The IRG is not the type that will integrate into society. If you push them out to another country, they will repeat their performance one day.
This will require the right men with weapons to make this happen. This is what our Special Forces do, along with other government agencies. Persian men allowed this to happen. American-backed men can retake the country, but who will stabilize it in the long term? We will have to help guide them for years to come. This will require them to establish a constitution that protects the people as much as the government.
Bombing them has always been the easy part.
As for the Pope and his politics, keep them in Italy. Long ago, his predecessors built a big wall to keep the Muslims out. They are coming back with as much as intent to take over as before. Are you going to sacrifice your beliefs for theirs? Clean your own house first and then let me know how that works out for you.
THE SECRET SERVICE RESPONSE TO THE LATEST ATTEMPT
Fox News had an accurate article on the problems of the SS. They are a split Federal Agency, with most on the LE accounting side. The article stated that they get about 30 minutes of training per year on average.
I will not bash them, as I can see they are probably constantly being augmented by other federal agencies to accomplish the mission. They are not allowed time to do rehearsals and fix issues.
One only needs to watch the varied firearm-handling positions during recent events. This is the first clue that they need to standardize and structure training and implement in-service training for their agents.
You can see many instances of weapons being pointed, with no threat being identified. Will these individuals get retraining? Not likely under the current operational tempo.
I would not be surprised if the officer who was shot in the vest was a result of fratricide.
It is simply a training issue, and until leadership emphasizes it, it will not get fixed. This is why you see all the different firearm handling issues.
The Dems are starting to sacrifice their own, and the pressure needs to continue.
Fraudsters need to start going to jail. I think getting rid of Bondi was a good thing. Either produce or get out. The “Mall” Dolls who have been put into leadership positions are starting to attrit.
SCHOOL-BASED TACTICS INSTRUCTOR
We ran a 5-Day School-Based Tactics Instructor Class in April for a school security group in North Dallas and opened it to others as a Firearms Instructor Class.
Four days were spent teaching the instructor students and rehearsing, and the final day consisted of teaching new and old students, flat-range shooting in the morning, and single-person tactical drills in the afternoon.
All students passed the Handgun portion of the class, and 4 of the 10 students passed the Tac Pistol Instructor standards.
Handguns ranged from Glocks to an H & K, a Shadow G19 Clone, a Sig and a Canik. The only malfunctions noted were from the Shadow, 6 in total, I believe.
Three handguns had compensators and 8 had RDS sights.
TAC RIFLE OPERATOR COURSE
We instructed a Tac Rifle Operator course. We focused on the basics. Half the weapons were suppressed and half were not.
All rifles were topped with optics. We did a great deal of work at 100, focusing on personal mechanics and zeros. We shot bulls several times for point scores. Bulls will illuminate not getting an NPOA, or in short, the shooter not having a shooting plan.
I used an older Wilson Combat with a fixed 3X and 77 IMI. The optic is a Vortex Spitfire II, 3X.
Not wanting to spend money on a new rail, I put a $1 bolt in the side with JB Weld to give my front hand a solid anchor point. The QD device did not fit in the old-style rail and would fall off.
I shot the above group with the new hand stop the day after class to ensure it would not move. I do all this from a prone, unsupported position.
I will reshoot the target to see if it was me changing something or just a head/eye issue.
If my next group goes into the same spot, I will do a sight change.
The rifle is capable of 1” groups at 100 and will easily hold a 10 ring on a SR21 center at 100. I do use the light on the black bull for contrast. Headshots at 100 are a breeze with it and you can do CQB as well.

While the barracks have saved many students money in the past, I must unfortunately raise the rent. To stay there for a two- or three-day class, it is an extra $100 on the class tuition. Power, water, AC/Heat, maintenance, and maintenance contracts have all gone up. Send any complaints to Joe Biden, POTUS. Also, if you are a current LEO paying on your own dime, the barracks increase does not apply to you.
Mowing and spraying have started in earnest. Allergens are at an all-time high. Life is still good as the weather has been exceptional.
Snakes are out. I met this one on a rucksack walk, about to cross the road. By the time I got back with my camera, he had moved into a car we use as a prop. Likely 6’ plus in length.
